Thailand House Construction in Prachinburi Going Very Well. Still 6 Weeks Ahead of Schedule !

Bangkok Builder is pleased to say our house construction for our client in Prachinburi is going very well. We are still 6 weeks ahead of schedule !  Our Thai client and her English husband are very excited and pleased with both the speed and quality. Next week we take them to choose their bathroom sinks, toilets and all tiles for the home. Currently we are looking at a 9 months to complete the house build, from start to completion. This is amazing considering its large size. The client has asked Bangkok Builder to add a drive way into the home too. This will be done at the same time as the finishing of the main house construction, to not delay time schedules at all.

Bangkok Condo Renovation: Phaholyothin Park Condominium, Phaholyothin Soi 14 – Bangkok Builder

We were asked to help our American client remodel and renovate his condominium in Phaholyothin Park Condominium, Phaholyothin Soi 14, Bangkok. This from from start to completion. Including all interior design work.

Our English speaking interior design Khun Nat guided the client through the design process. We helped develop design drawings, new floor plans and all interior design for the condominium. This included demolition of walls, recreating new walls, all built in furniture, new lighting, smart home systems, new kitchen, window blinds and curtains.

Once the client was happy and confirmed the interior design drawings, we then signed a contract with him to do the construction works and all renovation of the condominium.

It was a modern renovation  and a complete start to finish turn key project. This involved  the complete removal of all condo’s interiors, including floors, walls, ceilings, and electrical system. The entire condo was remade new with new tiles, new walls, new plumbing, painting, decorating and new ceilings.

The final condo has a semi smart home system incorporated allowing the client full control over the new lighting system from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom allowing for various moods and tones ready at the touch of a button. We provide a full condominium renovation service in Bangkok.
