It is always wonderful to look back at the photos of the land and then look at the new home we finished for the customer.  It is a great joy to know how how we helped the client realise their dream of a new home and they are now enjoying it with their family. This particular house was for a customer who has land at Lakewood Golf Club in Samut Prakharn. They are now happily living there and enjoying all the facilities we built for them. Thailand House Construction in Prachinburi Going Very Well. Still 6 Weeks Ahead of Schedule !

Bangkok Builder is pleased to say our house construction for our client in Prachinburi is going very well. We are still 6 weeks ahead of schedule !  Our Thai client and her English husband are very excited and pleased with both the speed and quality. Next week we take them to choose their bathroom sinks, toilets and all tiles for the home. Currently we are looking at a 9 months to complete the house build, from start to completion. This is amazing considering its large size. The client has asked Bangkok Builder to add a drive way into the home too. This will be done at the same time as the finishing of the main house construction, to not delay time schedules at all.

House Construction in Prachnburi, Thailand Going Very Well. Completion Ahead of Schedule.

The Construction of the house for our client is going very well and client is very happy. The roof is now all completed with two layers of rain protection. This is a special design our architect created from European ideas. As Thailand gets a high quantity of rain, especially during monsoon periods, tour Thai architect looked to reduce any chance of water penetration. It is an excellent idea which we now implement in all our design designs if the client wishes.

Wall plastering is almost completed, electrical and plumbing 2nd fix should begin within two weeks. Ceilings are going up. We are also starting additional requests works, such as a long driveway in and extra electrical works.

Bangkok builder is very happy to be in the last stages of completing the construction of our clients house in Prachinburi. It has been a wonderful project to do and our client has been so great to work with. In building a house in Thailand, it is like anywhere in construction; if all parts work together reasonably and fairly, the outcome is always much better and the project moves at a much better pace. We always work closely with the client during the build both in person and by email. If there are improvements we can make during the build, we do our best to advise and accommodate anything that helps the client achieve the best possible result. We should finish 6 weeks ahead of schedule. The house construction has gone very well, without any problems at all. The clients John and Malee are very happy and looking forward to moving in. Bangkok Builder Gives Bonus Surprise to Our Client- House Construction in Prachinburi

Bangkok Builder were so pleased to offer a special bonus to our client, whose house we are building in Prachinburi. As a construction contractor in Thailand, we are always looking at ways to improve and help the customer. The house construction is not only many weeks ahead of schedule, but we also saw that if we changed the door frames to a hardwood, we could save the client money. At one of our regular construction meetings, we noticed in the drawings the details and how we could help the customer improve his house at no additional cost. With this saving, we saw a way to do a deal with the supplier and now we are providing him solid hardwood doors at no extra cost ! So instead of having as per the architect drawings, stained veneer doors, all his doors will now be the superior quality of solid hardwood. All at no extra cost to the client !

In addition we assisted the client with changing his electrical power to 3 phase and talked to the local electrical authority for him. It is always our goal to do the best possible job we can and help as much as is possible.
