His illustrious career has involved many areas of construction, throughout Thailand and included project management, contracting, consultancy and engineering. This is both within the residential and commercial construction industry.

From individual house builds to large scale multi story buildings.  His experience is in-depth and extremely valuable on any construction project.

In construction it is vital at all times to have experienced personal and many of the problems that you may have heard about in construction, often occur because there is no experienced construction person who can inspect, evaluate and manage the build. The mistakes and problems can be very costly, not only financially, but also in regards time and quality.

Bangkok Builder has recognized this for a long time and it is why we only take on a construction project, if our head of construction is involved. He is an English speaking Thai engineer and oversees the works on a regular basis.

Do not be a victim of malpractice, exaggerated builder claims of their expertise or experience. The proof is in the knowledge and experience of the team, the number of completed construction projects and the satisfaction of the customers.  Our advice is: do not ask a renovation company to build your house in Thailand.; do not expect a person who has built one house to have the required experience or knowledge to take on your project; do not work with a building person if they have no company and have not been in business for many years.  Work with construction people who have years of experience, years of building houses and years of building projects of all sizes and types.
