Bangkok Builder is pleased to say our house construction for our client in Prachinburi is going very well. We are still 6 weeks ahead of schedule ! Our Thai client and her English husband are very excited and pleased with both the speed and quality. Next week we take them to choose their bathroom sinks, toilets and all tiles for the home. Currently we are looking at a 9 months to complete the house build, from start to completion. This is amazing considering its large size. The client has asked Bangkok Builder to add a drive way into the home too. This will be done at the same time as the finishing of the main house construction, to not delay time schedules at all.

Bangkok builder is very happy to be in the last stages of completing the construction of our clients house in Prachinburi. It has been a wonderful project to do and our client has been so great to work with. In building a house in Thailand, it is like anywhere in construction; if all parts work together reasonably and fairly, the outcome is always much better and the project moves at a much better pace. We always work closely with the client during the build both in person and by email. If there are improvements we can make during the build, we do our best to advise and accommodate anything that helps the client achieve the best possible result. Bangkok Builder Gives Bonus Surprise to Our Client- House Construction in Prachinburi

Bangkok Builder were so pleased to offer a special bonus to our client, whose house we are building in Prachinburi. As a construction contractor in Thailand, we are always looking at ways to improve and help the customer. The house construction is not only many weeks ahead of schedule, but we also saw that if we changed the door frames to a hardwood, we could save the client money. At one of our regular construction meetings, we noticed in the drawings the details and how we could help the customer improve his house at no additional cost. With this saving, we saw a way to do a deal with the supplier and now we are providing him solid hardwood doors at no extra cost ! So instead of having as per the architect drawings, stained veneer doors, all his doors will now be the superior quality of solid hardwood. All at no extra cost to the client !

In addition we assisted the client with changing his electrical power to 3 phase and talked to the local electrical authority for him. It is always our goal to do the best possible job we can and help as much as is possible. Latest Update on Bangkok Builder’s House Construction in Prachinburi, Thailand: Wonderful to see such enthusiasm from the construction team to get the project stages completed before the Songkhran holiday. They worked hard all through the day and late into the evening to assure the 2nd beam concrete pour was finished and we can move on to the next stages before the holiday, when companies shut down. We are currently 4 weeks ahead of schedule and have a very happy customer. Thanks to all the building team for their hard work and dedication to the construction project.

Luxury House Construction at Lakewood Golf Club (Design and Build) by Bangkok Builder

Bangkok Builder finished the construction of a luxury house, for a client at Lakewood Golf Club, Bangkok. The house was built with 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, living room/dining room, modern luxury kitchen, office/library, storage room, laundry room, maids accommodation, Thai kitchen and carport for 3 cars. The master bedroom suite had a glass shower cubicle, with three types of showers, with a wall in a natural stone finish. There was also an external outside rain shower. Once it was all completed, as the chosen house builder, we then started the construction of the house. The home used some natural stone, sand stone and German standard wooden flooring. It had a main swimming pool and child’s pool, separated by a bridge, which went over to the Sala. There was also an individual heated Jacuzzi. Our smart home systems expert installed automated lighting systems, automatic remote control gates and various smart home systems for the client.

Another main feature in the master bedroom, was a custom made, in ground heated spa bath, with exact temperature control and automated refill. It was in fact the first time a spa bath of this size, which filled in an incredibly fast amount of time, had ever been done in Thailand. It was custom made for the client and the actual system too was specially created for the project. Special thanks to Pooltech who assisted with all technical details. Over head fans and air conditioning was used to keep the home cool, with plenty of good insulation in the roof.

We have now completed piles, ground slab, first stage service pipes, termite system and first floor columns. 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Bangkok Builder are building this house for a customer in Prachinburi, Thailand. Customer is very happy. Our architects designed the home too for our customer. The construction of the house is set to take 9 months. It is over 600 sq m and is a family home.

Here is the latest update for our customers house construction in Prachinburi, Thailand. We are happy to say the ground slab concrete pour is happening today. The customer is very happy, as we are now 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Bangkok Builder always tries to keep to the schedule provided, or if we can, be ahead of the schedule. Much depends on when one starts a construction project with regards to the seasons, which effect works. If there is very heavy rain, then this naturally slows progress. So it is a good diea to start a construction project at the right times. Currently the weather is dry and fine, as we started the house build in the dry season.
