In construction it is vital at all times to have experienced personal and many of the problems that you may have heard about in construction, often occur because there is no experienced construction person who can inspect, evaluate and manage the build. The mistakes and problems can be very costly, not only financially, but also in regards time and quality.

Bangkok Builder has recognized this for a long time and it is why we only take on a construction project, if our head of construction is involved. He is an English speaking Thai engineer and oversees the works on a regular basis.
